Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. We work diligently to ensure all orders are handled with care and attention.

Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. To follow your shipment’s progress, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
To cancel, please email us at velaris@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL MY ORDER".
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can update your details within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If your package is returned, please contact us to arrange reshipment.
